Such occurrence calls as Negative or Black Public Relations (BPR). BPR is a process of destroying someone's reputation, usually your business rivals. There are a lot of various reasons for such campaigns, one of the most popular in the HYIP area is money extortion from the admin of a program or any other resource. Usually the admin gets a notification to send money to the defined e-currency account from those who will start negative campaign in case of rejection of their request. Hope that you saw the situation where a group of program's members say that they get their profits and at the same time other members say that the admin doesn't pay. Certainly using of "selective payments" strategy by program's admin could be the reason of such situation, but it could be the result of BlackPR too. Nowadays the line between facts and fiction is becoming more and more unclear and easier to be crossed. But today we've got another report regarding this program (at this time it was sent by the admin). The admin notify that they can't pay via Liberty Reserve. The reason of site's downtime is a technical problem of their hosting provider. -- The website of Traders Festival Ltd is back to business, the admin tries to process member's withdrawal requests.
