Fortunately we got a message that our account was found and our password was sent to our email. But nothing was sent to us. Later we tried to contact the admin a few times, but our emails were ignored. Therefore we moved this program from the problematic to our Blacklist. This story shows that every member must notify in advance about any problem in any program. Even if we'll be unable to solve the problem, we will inform about it.
