This text is still situated on the main page of the website: "05 August, 2008, 1:00pm PST: The e-Bullion website will be unavailable for a period of approximately four hours while our Tech Dept. performs routine maintenance." Probably this so-called "maintenance" is related to the occurrence with arrest of Jim Fayed (he is running the gold trading company with his wife). As you already know Pamela Fayed was murdered on July 28th. Most of newspapers focused on the fact that James Fayed and his estranged wife were going through a divorce. A few days later (August 1) James Fayed was in Federal custody. But it's important to note that he wasn't charged with a crime relating to Pamela's murder. James Fayed as the operator and signatory on GoldFinger/e-bullion bank accounts was arrested for a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1960, which is operating an unlicensed money transmitting business. It appears from the documentation that Fayed's acting as third party receiver for alleged ponzi funds amounting. After Jim Fayed's arrest, court documents began to surface on the Net such as restraining orders, bail documents, indictments and more. Almost all of this information either "by the piece" paints a picture for the future of e-bullion and Goldfinger Coin & Bullion Sales. James Fayed's arraignment is set on August 18th. Their member couldn't withdraw his profits. Another HYIP that was included to scam warning is X-earning.com. Members of this program are able to make deposits, but there is no any chance to get back any funds. And in both cases the admins of these programs don't reply on requests to pay profits. Be careful! -- Profit Family HYIP web server was attacked by hackers. The admin's report contains an information that some funds were stolen (without details of this incident) as result of this attack. Due to this fact, payments processing will be in manual mode (after the verification of their manager). The website of Profit-Family is inaccessible now. -- Unauthorized profile's modification was discovered in Trade Board HYIP. Our E-currency account was changed to an unkown acccount number, moreover our withdrawal request was sent to this account. Please check your profiles before a request of withdrawal. Also the admin of Luxembourg Online Investment recommends to check up profiles information to inform about any mistakes or wrong data. Their server was under maintenance and it could be the reason of some account changes. -- The admin of Invest Lines HYIP was caught on using "selective payments". One member of this program (and trusted member of GoldenTalk Forum) reported to us that he was waiting for processing of his request during a couple of days. We visited his account and the fact of pending withdrawals was confirmed. Of course we contacted the admin of this HYIP for resolving of this problem and his reply (that the problem is solved successfully) was received a few hours later. But this information wasn't confirmed by the program member. He reported that requests had been marked as processed, but funds had been sent to unknown account number. Be careful! Looks like the admin is paying small amounts only. -- The admin of BaltexFunds reported about one email that pretends to be from their company. The email contains such information: "To prevent Fake Deposit and Fake Withdraw we buy one script of security. After you Made the Process nobody will can change your account details! We will give $5 bonus in end of process! PS.: only will receive payment the members that confirm their account! To Confirm Your account please Click here and complete the steps!" Don't click to the link from the email please, the email was sent by unknown person. "We do not require to confirm anything", the admin of BaltexFunds said. -- We received emails about swisscreditinvest.com, privatetradeltd.net, borisraider.com, 700percent.com, sun-hyip.biz, king400.com, investmentsmarket.net, sure-profits.com, finalgold.com, payclubs.com, profitassociation.com, e-goldfund.org, angelcapetal.com, mysafecash.org, daily-cash.biz that they aren't paying and admins aren't answering emails.
