As the e-Bullion outage enters it's third week, obtained court documents indicate that e-Bullion's technical and trading infrastructure would be unable to operate normally without the active oversight of co-owner James Fayed. Fayed was jailed on August 1 on federal charges that he engaged in an unlicensed money transmitting business. Some authorities also consider Fayed a suspect in the July 28 murder of his wife and e-Bullion co-owner Pamela Fayed. The information on e-Bullion's day-to-day management comes from a declaration by James Fayed filed in Ventura County Superior Court in California. In the declaration, Fayed identified himself as the CEO of e-Bullion (registered in Panama) and two associated companies, Goldfinger Bullion Reserve Corporation and Goldfinger Coin & Bullion, Inc. (both Delaware corporations). He was directly responsible for balancing all sales and liabilities, and overseeing corresponding precious metal deposits at vaults in the U.S., Europe, and Australia. "I personally maintain and control ALL access security codes and passwords. I have been and am the ONLY individual in the company who can physically access the building, its contents AND precious metal vaults simultaneously, twenty-four hours a day.. I oversee and monitor all security issues round the clock through a Virtual Private Network set-up at my home office", Fayed said. Yesterday (08.18.2008) Fayed pled not guilty to a federal charge of operating an unlicensed money transmitting business, but was not released from detention. He was ordered to return to court on September 15 for a status conference. Fayed's wife, Pamela, was killed July 28. Fayed has not been charged in connection with the slaying, but prosecutors said in court documents that he is "the primary suspect" in her killing. Will keep you informed. -- The website of Elixtrade Finance Corp (elixtrade.com) is using fake information. Their contact information (like phone numbers, address), even common site's data were copied without any changes from the website of Tradelite Finance Corp HYIP. Another case of the website content copy was discovered on the website of Online Fund Shar HYIP. Program description like "we are the team of professionals.." was copied from the main page of Top Invest Club. The admin didn't replace even the name (TopInvestClub) by the name of his program. -- Some members of SA Investment whose investment was made through E-bullion ask about their profits in this program. It's not a secret that all transactions through this e-currency are stopped due to the e-bullion's problem. And of course, e-bullion payments at SA Investment (SA Inv) can't be processed too. This situation was commented by a manager of SA Inv: "All e-bullion payments will be proceed as soon as the e-bullion website is back online! At the moment our lawyers in Panama are trying to contact the administration of e-bullion and the US government for details about the issue." -- The admin of InvestLines HYIP asserts that the website has a very good security system. He asserts that each members account is protected and unauthorized modification of members/account information is impossible, except the case when member's computer was hacked and an information of account access was stolen. But this statement is wide of the mark. This week we received a complaint that member's funds were sent to unknown e-currency account due to the unauthorized modification of account. This fact was reported to the admin of InvestLines, but he laid the blame on the program member. By the way, our profile was modified twice, but he doesn't allow the case, that their security level isn't secured as it was announced to be. Be careful! -- The Ratings page of Sinewfund HYIP contains false information. The admin of Sinewfund HYIP is trying to mislead the website visitors by using FAKE banners of some rating sites (including GoldPoll). The same fraudulent tactics is being used by the admin of Invest Forever HYIP. Be careful! These programs are situated in our BLACKLIST. -- We received emails about ricctrade.net, libertyreservetrust.com, teroso.net, holdenlimit.com, libertyinsider.com, royalinvestments.biz, libertyreservepro.com, usa-investment.net, alterprofit.com, swisscreditinvest.com, privatetradeltd.net, payclubs.com, profitassociation.com, marketforexltd.com, bd-program.com, pickgoal.com that they aren't paying and admins aren't answering emails.
